On the side of Roofs, under stairways at my apartment complex, etc...something that TRAINS my grip as well as my "pulling myself up off an edge/ledge" strength. REAL STRENGTH & POWER!!! You can go for reps BODYWEIGHT STYLE or for adding weight on belt! I like doing BOTH. I'll show you my weighted pull ups in the future off of my specially designed climbers rock. I do NOT Subscribe to Chin Ups as you will NEVER do them in real life! I do NOT subscribe to any workouts that NOT functional. It MUST transfer to something in life that you also enjoy doing. Otherwise it's a BORING exercise, and opens you up to injuries. Find Exercises that you LOVE to do regardless of physical outcome, then you won't have to motivate yourself to exercise ever again.
