Asana: Z pose
Brief alignment: Lie on your belly. Bring your right foot to the inner left thigh. Clasp the right foot with the left hand and the left with the right. Draw the right heel to the buttocks as you open the left shin to a right angle. Arch through the mid back, and lift your gaze back.
Benefits: Opens the spine; stretches the knees, groins and hips.
Contraindications: Hip, knee & lower back injury.
