Last November I was driving home in Los Angeles when I came upon this burning RV. The cops had already arrived. I pulled over into an apartment driveway so I could film the entire thing. As far as that stupid cop walking close to the RV and shining his stupid little shiny flashlight...he walked away from it about a minute before it exploded. Next time Cop, I suggest you let the firemen do their job and you do yours. It's not worth your life to try and get a license plate # from an RV...
